Shipping:

Clothing:

Standard fulfillment time is 2-7 business days. Once your order has been fulfilled and left our building you will receive a notification with shipping information if applicable. Then the product will be shipped based on the shipping option you selected. (Shipping ranges from 1-8 business days).

Jewelry (USA Shipping):

Orders ship within 3 business days of when payment is received. Occasionally orders will take longer depending upon gemstone availability. USPS priority mail. Most orders are delivered within 3 business days after it ships.

Tracking:

All USA orders include detailed tracking and delivery confirmation. Your tracking number will be e-mailed as soon as your order has shipped.

International Shipping:

We are currently shipping to United States and Canada.

Right now I am only using United States Postal Service as it is the most economical option for my customers. Most orders are delivered within two weeks after it ships.

Return policy:

Jewelry can be returned unworn and in its original condition for full credit within 30 days of the date shipped. Email me at shopsoulslove@gmail.com with your request to return the piece you purchased. Once you have received approval for return, please mail it to the address below:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Please use a trackable shipping service when returning your item. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Souls Love is not responsible for lost/stolen packages or packages damaged during shipping.

We do not issue refunds or accept size exchanges. Please read all product details and sizing information in the listing carefully prior to placing order.

Any claims for misprinted//defective items must be submitted within 15 days after the product has been received. The tags will still need to be attached and in original condition.
